I advise anyone reading not to book with teletext unless you want a cheap budget holiday because that's exactly what you'll get!!! I was misinformed by staff working for teletext that this hotel was a 4* not 3, and from the pictures I've sent to yourselves, holes in the curtains, nicotine stained lighting and furniture, stains on the settee, beds changed once all the time we were there! Rat outside our door, the evidence is in the pictures, this hotel was not a 3* not even 2* you're ripping people off!!!! We asked to be moved to another hotel from the moment we got to the hotel and was fobbed off throughout the week and have been fobbed off since we arrived home.It's disgusting that you feel you can treat hard working people who have paid to have a holiday abroad to get away from the stresses of home, this way!! In fact adding to the stresses. I'm a diabetic so I have to take insulin that needs to be kept in a fridge, the sister hotel that was offered didn't have the facilities I needed to store my medication for the duration of the time we were there. What do you expect people with illnesses and disabilities to do? If ive paid for a holiday I want to be able to do what I want.not to be put on timers as to when I can use a pool and when I can't. The coach was offered to pick you up at a certain time and drop you off at a certain time. If hotels are planning to refurb their hotel and taking customers money for the use of the hotel then they should close the hotel until the work is done!!! So you're actually saying it's ok for hotels to close their facilities, facilities that have been paid for by the customer and then offer use of a sister hotel that was not a short walk away. ![]()
